Set up other categories of time you want to be tracked such as deliveries, service calls, etc.
- From the Main Menu, select Admin -> Setup - Payroll -> Timeclock Other Time.
- Your screen should look similar to this:

- Click on the
Add button to create a new time type
- Click on the
Edit button to edit an existing time type.
Whether adding or editing, your next screen should look like this:

- Other Time Name: Display Name for Other Time (will show in a drop-down on the timeclock screen).
- Is This Paid Time?: Checking this box will cause pay to be calculated for time spent.
- Sort Order: Lower numbers will show up at the top of the list on the drop-down on the timeclock page.
- To save your changes, click on the
Save button.
- To delete this time type, click on the
Delete button.
