From the Main Menu select Reports -> Billing -> Non-Invoiced Sales. Your screen should look similar to this:
Enter search criteria for report.
Begin Payment Date: To limit report to specific range of dates received, enter beginning date or use the Calendar button to select a date.
End Payment Date: To limit report to specific range of dates received, enter ending date or use the Calendar button to select a date.
Description: Enter any word or phrase from the description field to limit list to only entries containing that word or phrase in the description.
Customer Name: Enter Customer Name (or any portion of the name) to bring up a drop-down of possible matches. If you want to search by phone, zip code, etc., use the Lookup button for detailed searches.
Select Sales Category: To narrow the report to a specific Sales Category, select a Sales Category from the pull-down list.
When the limiting criteria have been entered, click on the Next button to create the report. Your screen will look similar to this:
To edit one of the receipt entries, click on the Receipt ID.
Click on the Back button to return to the criteria entry screen.
