Using NolaPro > Reports > Contacts
View Customer Account

Check on current customer status, showing all open invoices and fulfillment and service orders.
  1. From the Main Menu select Reports -> Contacts -> Customer Accounts or Reports -> Billing -> Customer Accounts. Your screen should look similar to this:
    1. Enter the first letters of the Customer name or Customer Number in the Customer Name box to select a Customer or use the button to search for the Customer.
  2. Click the Next button. Your screen should look similar to this:
    1. Click on the Invoice Number to view the invoice or edit it.
    2. Click on the Order Number to view a pick ticket or service ticket for an order.
  3. To email or print the statement, click on the Email Simple Statement or Print Simple Statement button.
  4. Click the Back button to return to the previous screen.
  5. Click the View History button to see a history of invoices for this customer:


  6. If you selected to view customer history, you screen will look similar to this:
    1. Begin and End Period: The time period over which to view the history.
    2. Customer #: This field will already be filled in with the customer number of the customer you were editing.
    3. Show Invoices: Select whether to show only OPEN invoices or ALL invoices for report.
    4. Report: You can select the report to be by day, month, year, or in detail.
  7. Click on the Next button to view the history report.
  8. Click on the Close Window button to exit the history section.
