Correct inventory balances for orders that had a negative quantity sold.
From the Main Menu, select Admin -> Setup - Inventory -> Verify Inventory.
Your screen should look similar to this:
Click Verify and Correct Item Balances to have your inventory balances corrected for orders with negative items sold. For example, if there was an order where -1 of an item is sold, inventory will be updated to reflect it as 1 sold.
