Using NolaPro > Admin > Setup - Admin
Note Categories

Assign a category to your notes.
  1. From the Main Menu, select Admin -> Admin Setup -> Note Categories.

  2. Your screen should look similar to this:

    1. If you have any existing categories defined they will display and can be edited or deleted by clicking the appropriate link.
  3. Click Add to create a new category. Your screen should look similar to the following whether adding or editing:
    1. Category Name: Enter the category name.
    2. All Companies: Check this box if you want the note category available in all your companies.
    3. Note Types: Place a check in the box for each note type you would like this category to be available.
  4. Click Back to return to the previous screen without saving your changes.
  5. Click Save to save your note category. When adding or editing your notes there will now be a category field for the note types you have selected.
