Tie Purchase Orders into the credit card tracking system.
- From the Main Menu, select Payables -> Credit Card Bills -> General Info.
- Your screen should look similar to this:
- Use Credit Card Tracking for PO Payment: If you want to be able to say Purchase Orders were paid for by Credit Card and have these charges show up in the tracking system, be sure to check this box.
- Default PO Purchase Type: Select the Purchase Type that most PO's will fall under.
- PO Freight Purchase Type: Select a Purchase Type for incoming freight charges.
- PO Tax Purchase Type: Select the Purchase Type for taxes charged on Purchase Orders.
- Click on the
 Save button to save the data.
