Using NolaPro > Admin > Setup - Payroll
Timeclock Other Time

Set up other categories of time you want to be tracked such as deliveries, service calls, etc.
  1. From the Main Menu, select Admin -> Setup - Payroll -> Timeclock Other Time.
  2. Your screen should look similar to this:
  3. Click on the Add button to create a new time type
  4. Click on the Edit button to edit an existing time type.
  5. Whether adding or editing, your next screen should look like this:


    1. Other Time Name: Display Name for Other Time (will show in a drop-down on the timeclock screen).
    2. Is This Paid Time?: Checking this box will cause pay to be calculated for time spent.
    3. Sort Order: Lower numbers will show up at the top of the list on the drop-down on the timeclock page.
  6. To save your changes, click on the Save button.
  7. To delete this time type, click on the Delete button.
