Pick which recurring entry sets to Post or Reverse post.

1. From Main Menu select Ledger -> Recurring Ledger Entries -> Post Recurring Entries. Your screen should look similar to this:





1. Check the POST NOW box on any line you want to post to current journal for general ledger.
2. Check the REVERSE POST box on any line you want to remove a prior posting for (it will do the OPPOSITE of what POST does).

2. Click on the Next button to perform the post or reverse post.
