Formatting for pdf style printing quotes are made here, as well as standard information to use when emailing of quotes.
From the Main Menu select Printing then Setup then Quote Setup. Your screen should look similar to this:
The first three items (From, Subject and Message) are used for emailing of quotes.
From: your company email address for the quoting or sales department.
Subject: What appears on the subject line of the email.
Message: What appears in the body of the email. The actual quote itself will be a pdf formatted attachment to the email.
Lead Time: On the quote is a statement about number of days needed after quote is accepted. This is the number that should show in that statement.
Also Offer: Place to suggest other services you offer, or new services that customers may not yet know about.
Point #1 through Point #6: Paragraphs that will appear on quote to expain terms and conditions associated with all quotes.
Click on the Save button to save your changes.
